This package includes: Wedding Pavilion overlooking the serene pond which seats 100, the Black Barn Reception facility with 20 tables, 65 brown chairs, 160 white chairs, 16 bar stools.
Caboose (Honeymoon Suite), Main Cabin sleeps 18, Bunk House sleeps 40.
The Café has seating for 62 guests plus additional outdoor seating, Party Barn, Grillin’ and Smokin’ Hut, Ice Machine and 2 lockers of firewood.
Plus the following amenities: Nolin Lake where the resort has a sunrise and sunset dock, Resort Pond with 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boats, Hot Tub, Outdoor Firepit, Crow’s Nest, Hammockville, Children’s Playground, Outdoor Game Area, Cabana Bar and Firepit, Shower Shack, and Parking Area.
Additional amenities can be added on for a fee: Covered Wagons – primitive accommodations, each wagon sleeps 8 must bring pillows and sleeping bags, Pontoon Boat seats 17, and 2 RV Hook Ups.

BLACK BARN WEDDING PACKAGE
Your dream wedding can take place on a private secluded resort with everything you will need from the Wedding ceremony pavilion, the beautiful reception barn and overnight accommodations for up to 60 guests and breathtaking scenery for photos.
PAVILION WEDDING PACKAGE
This Wedding package is designed for the brides that are dreaming of a romantic outdoor wedding. The package includes a Wedding Pavilion which seats 100 guests overlooking the peaceful resort pond.
Main Cabin sleeps 18, Bunkhouse sleeps 40. Café seats 62 plus additional outdoor seating, Grilling Hut and the party barn.
